Hannah's surgery was a success this morning. She is now trached and recovering on a vent. As soon as she is awake they will try to wean her off the vent and then re-start feedings again. It will take about a week to recover from the surgery, at which time the doctor will do the first trach change and then it will be up to us!

ReplyDeleteWe tried to check on Hannah while we were gone but the computer at the hotel was too slow. We are so happy to hear that Hannah is doing well after her surgery. Our friends at church are also praying for Ellie & Hannah.

Just wanted to leave a note to let you know we are still thinking of you and praying for you! Our kids tonight prayed for each of you by name, and they cant wait to meet Hannah! They really enjoy looking at the photos!
